Obituary for Sebastiano “Benny” Augello Sebastiano “Benny” Augello, 92, A resident of Springfield, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2018 at his home. Benny was born in South Philadelphia to the late Salvatore and Giuseppa Augello. He owned and operated Benny’s Barber Shop in Southwest Philadelphia for over 50 years and for the last 13 years worked with his son Michael at Benny’s Barber Shop in Springfield.

Benny loved to travel, especially with his family. He also enjoyed horse racing and the casinos. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Nunziata “Tina” (nee Nigita) Augello; children Josephine (Craig) Sassaman, Lisa (Thomas) Innaurato and Michael (Kristen) Augello; grandchildren Melissa, Nicole, Christy, Alyssa, Thomas, Vanessa and Geena; sister in law Marie Nigita.

Also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Visitation: Friday 9:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Church 136 Saxer Ave. Springfield, PA 19064.

Funeral Mass: Friday 11:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Church. Entombment: Private. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church at the above address.
