Seymour A. Glass, 87, Vernon Center, MN died Saturday, September 8, 2018. Services will be held at a later date. Interment will at Vernon Center Cemetery.

Woodland Hills Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Seymour A. Glass was born on August 23, 1931 in Los Angeles, CA to Isadore and Rebecca B. (Lain) Glass. He grew up in Los Angeles and was a graduate of Roosevelt High School, Los Angeles.

He served in the US Army from 1952 to 1954. In 1993 Seymour retired as a shop steward after working 30 years for Pape Box Company in Los Angeles, and from 1993 to 1996 he worked as a security guard at Mission Foods in Los Angeles. In April of 1994 Seymour married Marilyn Jablon in Norwalk, CA.

In 1996 Seymour moved to Vernon Center, MN. Seymour was an avid sports fan and especially like football and basketball. He also enjoyed fixing cigarette lighters.

He was a member of American Legion Post #11. He is survived by 1 daughter, Johanna Dalton of Las Vegas, NV; 3 grandchildren, Christina, Rebecca and Michael Dalton; several nieces and nephews; special friends Wendy, Tim, Sam and Joe Bennett. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Marilyn in 1996 and his twin brother, George Glass.
