Sharon Arlene Dukes, 81, of Thomasville, GA, passed away peacefully at her home on January 14, 2019. She worked for the Social Security Administration for over 20 years. She was married to Stephen Dukes and they traveled the country prior to his passing.

Sharon was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star as well as the Rebecca Assembly, where she served as past president and currently served as the grand secretary. She is survived by her son, Richard Dukes; granddaughter/daughter, Stephanie Dukes; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place at Abbey Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 11:00 AM, with a service to follow at 12:00 PM.
