Sharon Parker, 62, of Old Bridge, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge, NJ. Sharon was born on August 10, 1956 to Edward and Elaine Parker in New Brunswick, NJ. She was a lifelong resident of Old Bridge.

Sharon attended Raritan Valley Workshop in New Brunswick for many years. She also participated in night programs provided by the East Brunswick School system, as well as various religious programs at St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church in Old Bridge. She loved Mickey Mouse, dancing, manicures, and celebrating with friends and family.

Sharon is survived by her three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Doreen Parker and her husband Howard Abraham, Joyce and Don Martel, Janet and Terry Enter; and her two brothers, Frank and Gary Parker. She is remembered fondly by many nieces and nephews. Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Edward Parker, and her mother, Elaine Peplinski Parker; and her brother Lawrence Parker.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 24, 2019, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Old Bridge Funeral Home, 2350 Route 516, Old Bridge, NJ. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 25, 2019, 11:00 am at the Old Bridge Funeral Home, Old Bridge, NJ. Burial will follow in the Forest Green Park Cemetery, Texas Rd.
