BELLEVILLE/ MADISON-Sheila Ann Eith, age 78, of Belleville, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018, at Ingleside Manor in Mount Horeb. She was born on June 5, 1940, in Madison, to John and Cavilla Ann (Helgesen) Strain. She married Wayne William Eith on July 15, 1961, at St. Andrew Church in Verona.

Sheila graduated from Mount Horeb High School and worked as an assembler for Datex-Ohmeda, retiring in 2002. She was a member of Lake City Church in Madison, where she was a greeter for many years. … Read More » Sheila loved flowers and enjoyed working in her flower gardens.

She was known to always share plants and seeds with her friends. She volunteered many hours at her church, helping to teach Sunday school and always had fun with the Prime Time group. Sheila liked going for long walks with her poodles Katy Annabella and Prince.

She also enjoyed going out for brunch with her retired friends. Sheila is survived by her two daughters, Rhonda (Neil Faherty) Dilley, and Teresa Eith; son, Michael (Rebecca) Eith; eight grandchildren, Joshua, Rachael, Ricky, Dan, Brandon, Patrick, Jacob, and Gabrielle; four great-grandchildren, Blake, Nevaeh, Mabel, and Ava; sisters, Sue (Marcus) Bovre and Deb (Ken) Berg; brothers, Dan (Dawn) Strain and Jack (Gail) Strain; dear sisters and brothers-in law on her husband’s side; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayne; brothers, Michael and Greg Strain; son-in-law, Rick Dilley; and two nephews, Marques Bovre and Korbin Berg.

A Memorial Mass will be held at ST FRANCIS OF ASSISI CATHOLIC CHURCH, 338 S. Harrison St., Belleville, at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2018, with Fr. Kenneth Klink, Fr. Ray Dischler, and Fr.

Mick Moon presiding. Burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park at a later date. Visitation will be held at the church from 12 p.m. until the time of the Mass on Friday.
