Shirley Ann Clevinger, age 77, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019 at the home of her niece. She was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and a member of Sweet Home Old Regular Baptist Church of the Indian Bottom Association. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Palmer Fleming and Ralph Clevinger; her parents, Ivan and Hattie Lyall; her brothers, Arlin Lyall and Darrell Lyall; her sisters, Opal Buchanan and Lois Moore; her five nephews, Donnie Fleming, Hubert Fleming, Vernon Fleming, Greg Lyall, and Carl Jackson Moore; one niece, Reba Lyall; and two great nieces, Adria Fleming and Misty Potter.

Survivors Include: Niece Cathy and husband Greg Dotson and Niece Dawn Balthis of Hickory, North Carolina Sister In Law: Mary Lyall Great Nieces: Brandi Fleming, Cassandra Culbertson, Amanda Hannah, Samantha Fleming, and Brooke Dove Great Nephews: Jeremy Fleming, Brad Ramey, Jonathan Fleming, and Jessie Lyall Special Friends: Ellen Hill, Phyliss Carty, and Joyce Clevinger Caregivers: Greg and Cathy Dotson, Johnny and Cassandra Culbertson, Brad and Toni Ramey, and Karen Yates The family will receive friends Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with a song service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 27, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel. Stephen Lyall and Eddie Newsome will officiate. Burial will follow in the Lyall Family Cemetery, Lyall Ridge, Clintwood, Virginia.

Pallbearers will be Greg Dotson, Jeremy Fleming, Jessie Lyall, Eddie Newsome, Stephen Lyall, and church members. Honorary Pallbearers will be Johnny Culbertson, Brad Ramey, Jonathan Fleming, Kenneth Edwards, Jerry Lyall, and Steve Lyall. Mullins Funeral Home and Staff are serving the Clevinger Family.
