Shirley Ann Wright, 82, of Jersey Shore, passed away early Sunday morning, April 22, 2018, at Manor Care in Jersey Shore. She was born in Williamsport on July 23, 1935, a daughter of Reuben and Ruby (Loucks) Hillyard. She was married twice.

Her first husband was William Levin and her second husband was James Wright, both of whom have predeceased her. She was a homemaker most of her life and enjoyed reading and later in life attended various Senior Centers. She was a member of Emmanuel Community Church S. Avis.

Her survivors include 2 daughters: Wanda Brown (Larry), of Jersey Shore and Holly Huey, of Arizona; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by a son, Steven Levin; and 2 grandsons, Jeremiah and Zachary Huey. Shirley’s Life Tribute will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2018, at the Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, where friends and relatives may call from 10 a.m. until service time.
