Sandra J. Morse, 71, of Williamsport, died peacefully Friday, May 25, 2018, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born August 22, 1946, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late James C. and Phyllis J. (Stanley) Martin. Sandra graduated from Loyalsock High School and worked for Brodart for over 30 years.

She enjoyed doing puzzles, horseback riding, playing computer games, swimming and loved music. She was always proud to be the first female president of Lundy Field Softball League. Her family was her pride and joy, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving is a daughter, Jodi L. (Billy) Bergquist, of Williamsport; five grandchildren, Lathan Meredith III (Breanne), of Williamsport, Jennifer (Justin) Chapman, of Hughesville, Dakota, Denver and James Bergquist, all of Williamsport; and four great-grandchildren, Ivy-Rose, Leland, Olivia and Phyllis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers. A funeral service to honor the life of Sandra will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 2, 2018, at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St., Williamsport.

Burial will follow in Montoursville Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2018, at Sanders. Memorial contributions may be made in Sandra’s name to Center for Dementia Research, Institute, 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962.
