Barry L. Loner, Sr., 68, of Williamsport died unexpectedly Monday, May 14, 2018. Born September 24, 1949 in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Nelson and Bessie (Phillips) Loner. Barry was an avid New York Yankees fan who enjoyed watching baseball.

For many years he participated in and organized the Williamsport Men’s Pool League where he was part of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge 970 team. Barry loved his family, especially his grandkids. Surviving are a son, Barry L. Loner, Jr. of Avis and his children Brittaney and Brayden and their mother Kimberly Loner; a step-son, Patrick McCarty of Williamsport, and his children Briana, Isaiah (Duke), and Mya; a sister, Kathy (Jeff) Taylor; and a brother, Chester Hall, all of Williamsport.

In addition to his parents, Barry was preceded in death by two infant daughters, Jennifer and Mary Loner. In keeping with Barry’s wishes services will be private at the convenience of the family.
