COGAN STATION – Robert F. Shriber, III, 58, passed away Thursday, May 24, 2018 at his home. He was married to the former Debra J. “Debbie” (Fremberg), who survives, for 40 years. Robert was born in Williamsport on October 3, 1959 and was the son of the late Robert F. Shriber, Jr. and Connie (Roupp) Shriber Carpenter.

He had driven truck for the 35 years with the last 12 years working for 4 M Express. He enjoyed playing his guitar, working around his home and loved being with his sons and grandchildren. “Passionate” is a good word to describe his love for yard care.

In addition to his wife Debbie, he is survived by two sons; Joseph R. Peluso (Renee) and Jason R. Shriber (Grace), all of Williamsport, five grandchildren; Mason Peluso, Ava Peluso, Ashlee Shriber, Brooklynn Shriber and Emma Shriber and one sister; Marie Lorimer of Pottsville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother; Thomas Shriber. There will be a public viewing 6 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at the Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation & Funeral Home, 500 West 4th St., Williamsport.

The graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at the Montoursville Cemetery. The Reverend Jerry D. Fourroux will officiate the service.
