Shirley Ann Winand, 80, of New Oxford, PA, entered God’s eternal care on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA. Born November 4, 1938 in Jackson Township, York, PA, she was the daughter of the late Warful D. and Sarah E. (Yohe) Lescalleet. Shirley was the loving wife of the late Walter G. Winand who died October 26, 2015.

Shirley was a member of the East Berlin Worship Center, East Berlin, PA. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, traveling, crafts, and attending gospel music concerts with her friends. Shirley was a self-employed retail sales manager until her retirement.

Shirley is survived by her children, Danny L. Winand of New Oxford, PA, Lisa A. Kislan of Mechanicsburg, PA, Kim E. Keller and her husband Jim of East Berlin, PA, Tammy J. Laughman and her husband Craig of East Berlin, PA, and Gregory A. Winand of York Springs, PA; grandchildren, Darren Keller, Karly Highlands, Kyle Kislan, Mitchell Kislan, Chad Laughman, Camie Laughman, Jared Winand and Hunter Winand; great-grandchildren, Ella, Hailey, Mark, Mia, Everett; one great grandson due in February; a brother, Ronald Lescalleet and wife Sue of East Berlin, PA; and two sisters, Sheila Nye, of New Oxford, PA and Dolly Becker of Bonneauville, PA. She was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Hoke. A graveside service will be held at 10 AM, Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg, PA.

Following the graveside service, a memorial service will be held at 11:30AM, Saturday, at the East Berlin Worship Center, 511 West King Street, East Berlin, PA, with the Rev. Bob McKinney officiating. The family will receive friends, including those who are unable to attend either of the services, at Shirley’s home at 1595 East Berlin Road, New Oxford, PA, following the memorial service.

Memorial contributions may be made in Shirley’s name to the East Berlin Worship Center, 511 West King Street, East Berlin, Pennsylvania 17316.
