Born on March 11, 1959 in North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Robert Teague and Betty Elizabeth Caudell Teague. Shirley was a homemaker, loving wife and mother.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister. Surviving is her husband, Kuoyung Liang, a son, Shawn Yung Liang, a daughter, Lisa Lynn Liang, both of Idaho, a brother, Richard Carroll Teague of Augusta, WV and a sister, Wanda Hollermann of Maryland. All services will be private and handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
