Shirley Louise Mayhew, 61, of Bowling Green passed away January 21, 2019 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Warren County native was born July 1, 1957 to the late Ewing Roy Mayhew and Effie Frances (Sandifer) Mayhew. She was also preceded in death by sister, Della Siedhoff and brothers, Rufus and Elwood Mayhew.

Shirley enjoyed needlepoint and spending time at home. Survivors include her sisters, Rosie Thomas of Scottsville and Hazel Blaney of Bowling Green; brothers, Ruben and Steve Mayhew both of Bowling Green; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the J.C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel with visitation from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Burial will take place in Fairview Cemetery.
