Obituary for Spencer Adams Spencer Paul “Rocky” Adams, 70, a native Chauvin and a resident of Houma, passed away on September 19, 2018. He loved going to the Casino and taking beach vacations with his family. He never met a stranger and he was loved by everyone.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Burial will take place at 10:00am Thursday in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Chauvin. He is survived by his wife – Eva Prosperie Adams; son – Derek Pellegrin(Nikki); daughters – Dawn Adams(Steven), Angel Pellegrin, Debbie Adams(Britt), Cassie Parfait(Alex); brother – Hayes Adams Jr.(Patti); sisters – Etha Ann LeCompte(Jessie), Winnie Thibodeaux, Lolita Henry; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.

Godchild – Jessie LeCompte Jr.; Godmother – Audrey Adams. He was preceded in death by his father – Hayes Adams Sr.; mother – Winnie L. Adams; mother-in-law – Theresa Prosperie; brother – Joseph Adams; brother-in-laws – Gary Thibodeaux and Mark Henry. Online condolences can be given at www.
