A Memorial Visitation will be held Thursday, September 6, 2018 from 3pm to 5pm, with the memorial service to start at 5pm, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, West Park She is survived by her sons, Bobby Verret and Billy Verret; daughters, Leiloni Freeman, Sheila Ricketts, Daphne Hebert, and Cindy Dupree; grandchildren, Makiya, Serena, Randy Jr., Ricky, Nolan, Valerie, Stephanie, Sophia, Olivia, Chloe, Caroline, Iliana, Kalayna, Ryan Jr., Jeriah, Jaileigh, Dylan, Lance, Katelyn, and Chance and numerous great grandchildren; brother, Alphonse Duet Jr.; sisters, Adeline Kraemer and Lettie Diaz. She was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Sapia Sr.; son, Joseph Lawrence Verret Jr.; parents, Corinne and Adam Himel, Alphonse and Eula Duet; sisters, Lottie Thomas and Dorothy Belanger; brother, Errol Himel.
