Stephen was born March 18, 1963 in Elmhurst, IL to the late Stephen E. and Mary A. (Buchina) Knezic. He graduated from University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering.

Stephen loved being with his family, celebrating holidays, birthdays and, really, any occasion that brought them together. His passing will be deeply felt. Stephen is survived by his siblings, Jeffrey (Cathy) Knezic of Galien, MI, Timothy (Pamela) Knezic of Wausau, WI, David (Dawn) Knezic of Bridgman, MI, Kristina Knezic of Stevensville, MI, Danielle Knezic of Stevensville, MI, and many nephews and a niece.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, January 21 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 220 Church St., St. Joseph, MI 49085 with the Very Rev. Robert Creagan officiating. Stephen’s final resting place will be Calvary Cemetery, Pittsburgh, PA.

Memorial donations may be made to Hanson Hospice Center, 4382 Cleveland Ave. , Stevensville, MI 49127. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoven Funeral Home Inc, Buchanan.
