Steven’s Obituary Steven G. Bennett, 66, a resident of Cobblestone Terrace House in Newark, NY, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019, in Newark Hospital. Steven was born in Syracuse, the son of the late Hugh and Marion (Darby) Bennett. He spent most of his life in Newark State School before moving into Cobblestone Terrace House, where he worked in programs and was the boss of the house.

He is survived by one brother, Arthur (Linda) Bennett of Oswego; and several nieces and nephews including Arthur N. (Kristie) Bennett of Oswego. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Harry Bennett; and his grandmother, Ella Darby. Graveside services and burial will be held in the spring in Hannibal Center Cemetery.

There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are in the care of the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Oswego.
