Tanner David Copeland, 15, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Monday, September 10, 2018 at his home. Tanner was born in Evansville, Indiana on February 22, 2003. He was a sophomore at Mater Dei High School where he was on the track team.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Tanner is survived by his parents, David and Michelle (Jarboe) Copeland; sisters, Rachel Sansing (Nathan), Amanda Boyce (Soloman); brothers, Taylor Adams and Parker Copeland all of Evansville, IN; grandparents, Steve and Terri Jarboe of Ft. Branch, IN, Barbara Haley of Evansville, IN and Alice Copeland of Sanibel Island, FL; aunt, Lisa Lafayette (Tom) of Atlanta, GA; uncle, David Jarboe of Spottsville, KY; nephews, Camden and Tillo; cousins, Blake and Austin Lafayette, Jonathan and Emily Jarboe; and his girlfriend, Macy Nguyen.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 918 W. Mill Rd. , Evansville, IN 47710 with Father Jason Gries celebrating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave. , Evansville, IN 47711 and again from 9:00 AM until mass time on Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Youth First, Inc., 111 SE 3rd St., Suite 405, Evansville, IN 47708.
