Obituary for Terry Dale Leach Terry Dale Leach, 71, died Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Kearny County Hospital in Lakin, Kansas. He was born December 12, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio, the son of Oscar & Gladys (Butler) Leach. Terry grew up in Columbus where he attended school.

Terry lived most of his life in Columbus, but lived in California for a short time. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to go fishing. Survivors include 3 daughters Sheila Malliot of Lakin, Kansas, Tamara Hoover of Lakin, Kansas, and Pamela Leach of Simi Valley, California; and 5 Grandchildren Brooklynn Hallmark, Dylon Cohen, Drake Rost, Brayson Hoover, & Zander Hallmark.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents; a brother Larry Leach; and a sister Diana Lane. A private family service will take place at a later date. There will be no calling hours.
