Terry Lee Shook, 60, of Zanesville, died at 6:44 P.M. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, Zanesville. He was born April 5, 1958, in Zanesville, a son of Gary F. Shook and the late Carmelita I. Jackson Shook. In addition to his father, he is survived by a sister, Jennifer (Craig) Smith and three brothers, Chad, Todd and Aaron.
