Thomas Earl Liddell of Flint, Michigan October 8, 1966 – January 31, 2019 LIDDELL, Mr. Thomas E.-age 52, of Flint, passed away Thursday, January 31, 2019. Funeral services will be held 3:00pm Saturday, February 9, 2019 with a 2:00pm family hour at Sheldon T. Banks Funeral Chapel 3021 S. Dort Hwy. , Flint, MI 48507.

Rev. Alfonso Vincent officiating. Calling hours are 10:00am – 6:00pm Friday, February 8, 2019 at Sheldon T. Banks Funeral Chapel.

Mr. Thomas Earl Liddellwas born October 8th, 1966 in Benton Harbor, Michigan, the son of Annie Bell Liddell and Joseph Liddell. Thomas was a very kind-hearted man. He regularly opened his home to offer a hot meal and a shower to the homeless.

If anyone needed anything he would always be the first to stand up and offer a hand. Thomas shared his knowledge with the many children and young adults he mentored. Although Thomas shared an immense amount with others, he never asked for anything in return.

He was adventurous, loving, soft-spoken and generous to a fault. He will be missed by everyone who was blessed by his presence during his meaningful time on this earth. Mr. Thomas Liddell leaves to cherish his memory: son, Steadman Dontrell Skinner of Flint, MI; stepdaughter, Elizabeth Anthony of Denison, TX; brothers, Anthony Liddell of Flint, MI, Philip Liddell of Flint, MI, Troy Liddell of Benton Harbor, MI, Willie Liddell of Miami, FL, Stanley Liddell of Flint, MI; 3 sisters, Jacqueline Liddell-Jordan (husband Kenneth Jordan) of Memphis, TN, Deborah Liddell of Sandusky, OH, Savannah Liddell- Hardy (husband Garfield Hardy) of Grand Blanc, MI; a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and companion, Kathy Charles.

Mr. Thomas Liddell was preceded in death by: parents, Joseph and Annie Bell Liddell; brother, Michael Nettles; sister, Reenie Liddell; grandparents, Elijah and Lula Roberts, Willie and Savannah Payne-Liddell. The family would like to express special thanks to Robert Johnson, Mary Jones, Larry White, the Flint Police Department, EMS First Responders, and the Doctors and Nurses at Hurley Medical Center.
