Thomas L. “Tom” Cavins, 62, of Terre Haute passed away Monday April 30, 2018 at 4:01 am in Springhill Village. He was a Team Leader at DuPont. He was born January 28, 1956 on Sampson Air Force Base in New York to Thomas Cavins and Helen (Reed) Cavins.

Tom is survived by his wife of 22 years, Beth (Edmonson) Cavins; his mother Helen Cavins; a son, Seth Cavins (Stacey); a step-daughter, Rachel Martin (Donald Nicoson); grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jesiah, Jayden, Johnavon, Aria, and Silas and sisters, Peggy Reed (Steve) and Rena Lallow. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Gina Miller. Tom enjoyed antiquing, mushroom hunting and gardening.

As per Tom’s request, cremation has been chosen. DeBaun Springhill chapel is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be left at www.
