Thomas Paul Stickley, 74, of 609 Spangler St., New Berlin, entered into rest at 2:50 p.m., Friday, June 22, 2018, at Rolling Hills Manor, Millmont. He was born November 20, 1943, in Chambersburg, a son of the late Paul and Mayme (Huhn) Stickley. On November 18, 1989, he married the former Nancy Lee Dorman, who survives.

Thomas was a graduate of Lewisburg High School. He served in the Air Force during Viet Nam working on the flight line for B-52 bombers, from May 31, 1962 until his honorable discharge May 27, 1966. Thomas was employed as a welder for Sheet Metal Workers Local 44, Wilkes Barre, for over 37 years.

He also worked for Hess Gas, Lewisburg, and Choice Gas Station, Lewisburg. He was a member of the New Berlin American Legion, Boy Scouts, Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee, Democratic Caucus Chair, photographer of local newspapers, and was a Civil War Reenacter. Thomas enjoyed roller skating, speed skating, and dancing.

Surviving in addition to his wife of 28 years, are one step-son Wayde and his wife Sebrena Confer of Mifflinburg; two step-daughters, Bobbie and her husband John Heeter of Mifflinburg, and Crystal and her husband Brian Kling of Syracuse, New York; one brother, Joseph Stickley of Clayton, Ontario, Canada; nephews, Raymond and his wife Brenda Stickley of Clayton, Carl Stickley of Clayton, Charles and his wife Debra Stickley of Kulpmont, and Paul Stickley of Clayton; 6 grandchildren; and great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Daniel James Stickley and David Barry Stickley. Family and friends are welcome from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd.

, Mifflinburg, where a celebration of life service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Military honors will be conducted by the Mifflinburg American Legion and local veterans. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Mostly Mutts, 284 Little Mountain Rd. , Sunbury, PA 17801.
