The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Bishop Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Bishop Chapel of Memories officiated by Rev.

Randall Pierce. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Leon Bogard, Terry Bogard, Justin Miranda, Eric Jaworski, Jeff Graham, and James Bond.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Richville Baptist Church Men’s Sunday School Class. Thomas was born on May 7, 1941 to Thomas Franklin and Lena Mae (Drake) Middleton in McAlester. He graduated from McAlester High School in 1959 and then completed an automotive technician program at Okmulgee Tech.

He then worked as an auto mechanic. Tommy became a truck driver and worked as an owner operator, retiring in 2006. Tommy married Sandra Jean Bogard on January 27, 1962 in McAlester.

He was a member of Richville Baptist Church. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents: Thomas and Lena Middleton. Survivors include his wife: Sandy Middleton of the home; sons: Jerry Middleton and wife, Cora of McAlester, James Middleton and wife, Amy of Claremont, California; grandchildren: Teri Miranda and husband, Justin of Edmond, Aaron Middleton of McAlester, Delaney Jaworski and husband, Eric of Chancellor, Alabama, Emily Heath and husband Hayden of Shawnee, Will Middleton of Claremont, California; great-grandchildren: Eden Miranda and Jax Miranda of Edmond; and other family members and friends.
