Tommy Goodman Coleman, 87, of Collinsville, VA passed away Friday, August 31, 2018 at Woltz Hospice Home. She was born March 2, 1931 in Burke’s Garden, VA to the late William Thomas Goodman and Helen Peery Goodman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kennie Warner Coleman; sister, JoAnne Repass; brothers, William T. Goodman, and Allan Byrd Goodman; a daughter and one grandchild.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda Diane Coleman of Mendota, VA, and Amy Coleman Smith and husband Bill of Collinsville, VA; sons, David Thomas Coleman, Sr. and wife Vicky of Bassett, VA and Jonathan Mark Coleman and wife Jennifer of Collinsville, VA.

She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Norris Funeral Services and other times at the daughter’s home, Amy Coleman Smith. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Norris Funeral Services with Rev.

Larry Cheek officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Collinsville, 3339 Virginia Ave, Collinsville, VA 24078 or to Fort Trial Baptist Church, 170 Oak Level Rd, Stanleytown, VA 24168 or to Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 170 Oak Level Rd, Stanleytown, VA 24168.
