Albert S. Pippin, age 97 of Danville, VA passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018. He was born September 13, 1921 in Washington, VA to the Late William Thorton and late the Lucy Townsend Thornton. Albert was married to Mary Pippin who survives.

In addition to his wife he was survived by two daughters, Phyllis Shaw (Eddie) of Roanoke, VA and Patricia Bowman of Danville, VA, 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
