Tony Clark, 60, of Scott Depot passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Hubbard Hospice House West, South Charleston. He is preceded in death by his son, Zachary Lee Clark; father, Vernon Clark; mother, Deloris “Tiny” Sargent Clark; brother, Rick Clark; sister, Juanita Scott. Surviving are his wife, Tammy Rice Clark; sons, Tyler and Josh Clark; sisters, LaDonna Hunter (Floyd) of Chesapeake, OH, Cindy Devore (Jim) of Metamota, IL; brother, Jim Clark (Denise) of Columbus, OH and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends throughout the community.

Tony was a Putnam County school bus driver for 23 years in which he loved all children and they loved him. If you mentioned his name, everyone knew him. He was a member and lieutenant of the Teays Valley Volunteer Fire Department where he once again served his community as a fireman and sat on the Board of Directors.

He served his country with the United States Army. He served on the Putnam County Planning Commission, was involved with the Cabell County Fair and Ona Speedway. He enjoyed hunting early on, fishing, going to flea markets and trips with his family and just talking to people in general.

Tony always said when he grew up, got married and had kids, he was going to give them everything they wanted and more. He did just that! Funeral service will be held at 2pm Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Chapman Funeral Home, Hurricane.

Burial will follow in Sycamore Cemetery, Hurricane. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm Friday and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home. You may visit his tribute page at ChapmanFuneralHomes.com to share your memories of Tony with the family.
