Vera Ann Silliman, 86 Mineral Ridge: Vera Ann Silliman, 86, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Vista Center at the Ridge with her family by her side. Vera was born February 16, 1932 in Cecil County Maryland, the daughter of the late Irving J. and Hilda C. (Bramble) Turner. She moved to the Austintown in the late 1960’s and was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Austintown.

Vera is survived by two brothers, Wayne Turner of Clayton, Delaware and Gerald A. Turner of Wilmington, Delaware; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Vera was preceded in death by husband of 22 years, Robert L. Silliman whom she married on July 3, 1964, died February 25, 1986; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Turner and Rose Turner. Private funeral services were held.
