Vicky Maria Rosser June 3, 1980 – January 18, 2019 Vicky Maria Rosser, 38 departed this life on Thursday, January 18, 2019. She was born June 3, 1980 to Elsie Rosser-Allen. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Quinton B. Perry, Elsie W. Perry, Stafford Rosser and Gladys Rosser.

Vicky was a graduate of William Fleming High School Class of 1999. She was employed by Roanoke City Schools for many years with a majority time working with Westside Elementary School. Vicky was a fun and outgoing person with a loving spirit.

She had a heart of gold and made an impression on all that she met. Vicky will be deeply and greatly missed. Those to cherish her memories are her loving and devoted mother Elsie Rosser-Allen, stepfather, Jeffery Allen, brothers, Stafford Q. rosser (Andre), Jonathan J. Rosser (Erica), Brandon W. Burch, and his kids, Ke’arion and Brendon Burch, nieces, Jasmie Stacy, Jaylen Rosser, Mya Rosser, Khylia Fore, Dalyah Fore, nephew, Kenneth Barrentine, Kyle Barrentine, Jonathan Rosser, Jr., Raekwon Washington, special friends, Renee Carter, Anita Haynes and a host of family and friends.
