Obituary for Victoria Lee “Vickie” White (Swiger) Victoria “Vickie” Lee Malcomb White, 59, of Jane Lew, formerly of Lumberport, passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at WVU Hospitals Ruby Memorial in Morgantown. She was born in Clarksburg, March 9, 1959, a daughter of Hazel Victoria Sendling Allman and the late George Chapman Swiger. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Burke Steven “Steve” Malcomb.

She is survived by her husband Rodney R. White, whom she married December 18, 2015. Also surviving one son, Derrick Malcomb and is wife Angela, FL, two grandchildren, Alex and Logan Malcomb, her siblings, George Swiger and his wife Dawn, FL, Tommy Swiger and his companion Missy, Dola, and Tara Baldwin and her husband Tyson, Dothen, AL, and several nieces and nephews. Vickie was a former property manager in Florida for many years.

She was currently employed by MedExpress. She was a loving, caring, calming, and peaceful person who touched everyone with which she came into contact. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, canning, and her Australian Shepperd, “Lizzie”.

She especially loved her family. The family will receive friends at the Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St., Shinnston from 2pm until the time of the service at 6pm, Thursday, October 4, with Pastor Steve White officiating. Following the service, Vickie will be taken to the Oak Hill Cemetery in Clermont, FL for interment.
