Obituary of Victoria Tuttle Victoria M. “Vickey” Tuttle, age 50, of Campbell, NY passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Corning Hospital with her family by her side. Born in Elmira, New York on April 19, 1968, she was the daughter of Ronald E., Sr. and Loretta M. (Decker) Clark. She was a graduate of Jasper High School, class of 1986.

She married Carl F. Tuttle, Jr. on June 17, 2006 in Bath, NY. Vickey worked as a self-employed child care provider for many years. Vickey will be remembered for her love of children, country music and reading John Patterson mystery novels.

She enjoyed watching cooking shows and was known as a phenomenal cook and baker. She had a competetive nature which led to her love of watching sports, specifically the NY Yankees and the Chargers. She was a very kind hearted person who will be remembered most for her willingnes to help anyone in need.

Her greatest joy was her family – her children, grandchildren and grandpups, Bentley and Abbey were her world. Vickey is survived by her loving husband, Carl F. Tuttle, Jr. of Campbell, NY; children: Zachery (Rebecca Simons) Farrand of Woodhull, NY, Greyson Farrand, III of Cameron, NY, Kourtney Farrand of Woodhull, NY; grandchildren: Makayla Renee Farrand and Brice William Farrand; Ronald, Sr. and Loretta Clark of Avon, NY; siblings: Ronald (Linda) Clark, Jr of Bath, NY, Raymond (Annette) Clark of Avoca, NY, Ronda (Bob Buchanan)Tyler of Bath, NY, Benjamin (Terrie) Clark of Wayland, NY, Amanda (Jared) Lane of York, NY, Angela (Stephen) Lasher of Lavonia, NY, Joseph (Amy) Clark of Wayland, NY; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; special adopted grandchildren: Alainnah and Daniel Glick; and special friends: Marylou Knowles and Melanie Rawleigh. Vickey was predeceased by her paternal grandparents: Adolphus and Lucille Clark; and maternal grandparents: Gwendolyn and Arnold Decker A celebration of Vickey’s life will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at the Marconi Lodge, 26 W. Pulteney St., Corning, NY.
