Wanda Harrington Bolin, age 92 of Irvington, KY died Monday, May 14, 2018 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center. She was born in Custer, KY on December 7, 1925, the daughter of the late Everett and Nettie Dyer Pile. Wanda was a retired school teacher who taught many years in the Breckinridge County School system.

She was a very active faithful member of Irvington United Methodist Church, the Breckinridge County Retired Teachers and former Eastern Star member. Wanda enjoyed sewing, reading, china painting, crafts, bible study and church activities. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands Morris J. Harrington and Harold Bolin and her sister Juanita Roberson.

Wanda is survived by 2 children: Jay Harrington and his wife Patti of Belleville, IL Marinetta Van Lahr and her husband Jonathan of Webster, KY 5 grandchildren: Christina Harrington and her husband Mikeal Megan McDermott and her husband Patrick Morgan Muench and her husband Mike Gabe Van Lahr and his wife Lindsey Drew Van Lahr and his wife Haley 4 great grandchildren: Morris and Arielle Harrington Lola and Rhodes Van Lahr 2 sisters: Geneva Blair of Brandenburg, KY and Alma Allgood of Custer, KY Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 11 AM. Burial will be in the Custer Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, 4-8 PM and Friday after 8 AM.

Expressions of sympathy are suggested to American Cancer Society, American Stroke Association or Hosparus.
