Obituary for Wayne A. Freymuth Wayne A. Freymuth of Summerville died November 9, 2018. A Son of Charles Loyd and Adline Thiele Freymuth, he was born February 13, 1945 in Charleston. He graduated from Garrett High School in 1964 and received an Associates Degree in Mechanical engineering as a member of Trident Technical College’s first class.

He was employed at Charleston Naval Shipyard and retired from Sup-Ships Charleston. He served as coach and coordinator in the family YMCA baseball program for six years, helping to expand the youth baseball program. He was also active in the Dorchester Estates Civic Club.

He was an excellent handyman. However, his real passion was deer hunting as well as the many dogs who filled his life. Wayne is survived by his wife Margaret “Peggy” McCue Freymuth, daughter Anne F. Carter (Shane), grandchildren Harleigh and Tanner Beane and Addison Alfano (Nick), great grandson Sawyer and a sister Jean F. Stello (Paul) and her children.

His parents and two brothers predeceased him. A Gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 5 o’clock to 7 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. A Memorial service will begin at 7 o’clock.

Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Courageous Kidz at www. courageouskidz.org.
