Wayne Allen Breeden, Jr Cedar Rapids Wayne 77, of Cedar Rapids passed away Saturday, February 16, 2019. After a long battle with cancer. He was born December 24, 1941 to Nancy (Lapcheske) and Wayne A. Breeden, Sr. in Des Moines, Iowa.

Before moving to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Wayne served in the United States Army, for a short time. Wayne enjoyed his fishing trips to Canada, spending time with his grandchildren and his five little dogs. Wayne owned and operated a tree service for nearly 60 years, with many satisfied customers.

He is survived by his children, Michael Breeden of Ankeny, Jody Breeden of Minneapolis, and Steven Breeden of Grimes; his grandchildren; and his siblings, Carol Lewis and Karen Mann both of Ankeny and Jeff Breeden of Des Moines. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Hackett and his father, Wayne Breeden and his wife, Norma Breeden. There will be a Memorial Celebration, at a later date, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
