Wendall L. Pardue Childersburg, AL – Funeral service for Wendall L. Pardue, 75, will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 19, 2018, at Childersburg Church of God with Rev. David Bearden and Rev. Joe Pardue officiating.

He will lie in state one hour prior to service time. Burial will be in Union Methodist Church Cemetery in Westover, Alabama. Mr. Pardue died Monday, October 15, 2018 at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his sons, James Darrin Pardue and Terry Len Pardue; five brothers, Junior Pardue, Donald Pardue, James Pardue, Ollie Pardue, and Ronnie Pardue; and sister, Ruth Alverson. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Joy Pardue of Childersburg; two daughters, Regina (Barry) Pace of Childersburg and Beth Pardue of Childersburg; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five sisters, Connie Milam of Childersburg, Gail Ragsdale of Wetumpka, Linda Taylor of Virginia, Nell Smith of Pensacola, FL, and Maxine Oliver of Westover; and three brothers, Joe Pardue of Childersburg, Eddie Pardue of Harpersville, and Jerrell Pardue of Westover. Visitation will be Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Barry Pace, Ricky Cotton, Allen Nicholson, Bobby Pardue, Jason Pardue, and Micah Pardue. A special thank you to the nurses and staff of New Beacon Hospice in Sylacauga for the care and love shown to Mr. Wendall and his family during his illness.
