Obituary for William Volk Jr. William “Buck” A. Volk, Jr., 69 of Mt. Airy, MD Passed away unexpectantly Monday, September 17th, 2018. He was the Beloved husband of Carole A. (Perry) Volk.

Mr. Volk was born April 20, 1949 in Pittsburgh, PA the son of the late William A. Volk, Sr. and late Irene (Reed) Volk. He was a retired Prince George’s County Fire Fighter and Paramedic. Mr. Volk was also a US Army Veteran, an avid golfer, NASCAR enthusiast and a life-long Redskins Fan.

Dear father of Jennifer M. Volk and husband Troy Kennedy of Gaithersburg, Jessica R. Volk and husband Jason Souder of Taneytown. Loving Drampy to Taylor. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 20, 2018 3-5 PM and 7-9PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd.

Sykesville, MD (beside S. Caroll High). Funeral Services will take place at the funeral home on Saturday, September 22, 2018 11 AM. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery Silver Spring, MD.
