A Memorial Funeral service for William Connie Walling, 73, will be Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 4:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with his family officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Mr. Walling died on Friday, January 25, 2019 at his residence.

He was born August 6, 1945, in Morgan County to Harold June Walling and Walle T. Rhodes Walling. Mr. Walling attended Morgan County High School and was a member of First Baptist Church of Hartselle, He also was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was retired from Fruehauf Trailering Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents a brother; Eddie Walling and a sister; Joan Kearce. Family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers. Survivors include: One Son: Connie Brent Walling (Kristal), Danville, AL One Daughter: Leslie Walling Wolf, Hartselle, AL One Brother: Prentis Tyrone Walling, Birmingham, AL One Sister: June Walling Brazell, Hartselle, AL Four Grandchildren: Kelsey Rae Walling, Gunnar Walling, Easton McAllister and Ryley Cate Wolf Peck Funeral Home 1600 Hwy 31 SW P.O.
