Obituary for William Pekoske Sr. William D. Pekoske Sr., 71, husband of Judith (Colegrove) Pekoske, died on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at MidState Medical Center. Born in Meriden on August 24, 1946 he was the son of the late Edward and Cora (Thorpe) Pekoske. He was a lifelong Meriden resident.

Mr. Pekoske was employed by Jarvis Mfg. in Middletown for 27 years and was a pizza maker at the former Verdolini’s Restaurant. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served with the U.S. Marine Corp.

William was a musician and always entertained his family and friends with his band. Beside his wife, he is survived by one son, William Pekoske Jr. of Meriden; three daughters, Tabitha Kielb of Meriden, Melissa Kapuscinski and her husband Andy and Jessica Pompei; one stepson, Collin Muska; two stepdaughters, Michelle Oughton and her husband Sean and Paris Boice and her husband Jay and nine grandchildren. A private funeral and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
