William’s Obituary William G. Geyer Frankenmuth, MI Went home to his Lord and Savior Sunday, December 16, 2018, at Wellspring Lutheran Home; age 88 years. Bill Geyer was born on February 18, 1930 in Saginaw, MI to the late John and Lydia Geyer. He was married to his loving wife, Ruth, until she passed in 1973.

Early in his life, Bill worked at the family business, Geyer Brothers Brewery, and later pursued his interest in owning and operating a successful restaurant franchise. He was also a member of St. Lorenz Lutheran Church. Surviving are: Debra Geyer of Frankenmuth, MI; Rodney (Cori) Geyer of Swartz Creek, MI; Vickie (Charlie) Zehnder of Birch Run, MI; Lori (Dave) Pendleton of Frankenmuth, MI; John (Mary) Geyer of Frankenmuth, MI; grandchildren, Shelby (Jim), Christina (Kevin), Tèresa, Alexis, Misty, Elise (Chad), Ryan, Shanna (Joe), Nicòle (Todd), John (Hayley), Zachary, Hannah, Abigail, and Evan; 12 great-grandchildren and dear friend, Mike Gallagher.

Bill was preceded in death besides his wife by his brothers and sisters. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, December 21, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth 590 N. Franklin Street. Rev.

Joel Kaiser will officiate. Bill’s family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Lorenz Church Building Fund or Whaley Children’s Center.
