William J. Venosdle Age 75, of East Sparta, passed away Wed. June 6, 2018. He was born Jan.

29, 1943 in Canton, a son of the late William and Thelma (Wender) Venosdle and had been an East Sparta resident 44 years. Bill was a retired bricklayer. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Laurel L. Venosdle, on Aug.

22, 2011. Bill is survived by four daughters, Susan Venosdle, Debra (Michael) Hess, Tammy Venosdle and her fiancé, Jimmie Ralston, and Melissa (Jeffrey) Lab; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; two sisters and one brother, Margaret Saunier, Maxine Venosdle, and Donald Wise; and his best friend Greg Moore. Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Pastor Peggy Garner officiating.

Interment will be in East Sparta Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses. Condolences may be sent to the family at: www.
