Michael W. McNutt Age 63, of Magnolia, passed away Sat. June 2, 2018. He was born May 29, 1955 in Montgomery, WV, a son of Norma (Smoot) McNutt and the late Franklin D. McNutt and had been a resident of this area most of his life.

Mike was a 1973 graduate of Tuscarawas Valley High School. He was a former employee of the U. S. Ceramic Tile Co. in East Sparta and also had been a security guard. Mike enjoyed sports and coached Little League Baseball and also umpired.

He helped coach at Sandy Valley High School and Bolivar and Mineral City Hot Stove League Baseball. Mike was a member of the Sandy Valley Church of God. Besides his mother, Mike is survived by two sisters and three brothers, Sherry (Raymond) King, Penny Eddy, Randy (Diane) McNutt, Joseph McNutt, and Charles McNutt; also numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Thursday at 6 p.m. in the Sandy Valley Church of God with Pastor Clifford Hughes officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday 5-6 p.m. before the service.
