OBITUARY William “Tommy” Green July 25, 1958 – October 26, 2018 Funeral Service for William “Tommy” Green, 60, of Jacksonville, will be held at 2pm on Monday, October 29th, 2018 at Our Father’s Arms (45 Pinewood St, Jacksonville, AL 36265) with Rev. Bob Mcleod officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Jacksonville.

The family will receive friends from 12-2pm at Our Father’s Arms. Mr. Green passed away Friday at RMC. Mr. Green is survived by his wife of 9 years, Regina Green; children Christy Mcleod (Scotty), Misty Humphrey (David), Charlotte Gowan (Josh), Kim Williams (Jason), Carlee Green, Justin Canada (Tabitha), Johnathan Green, and Jessie Lankford (Chris); 15 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters Brenda Johnson, Amy Heard, Connie Couch; brother Eddie Green; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his late wife, Cathy Green; parents James N. Green and Victoria Greene Phillips; and brothers Mike Green and Johnny Green. Pallbearers will be Mikey Green, Brandon and Matthew Johnson, James George, Donald Lankford, and Frankie Cochran. Honorary pallbearers will be Max Snider and Sam Bragg.

Mr. Green played football for Saks High School and coached youth football at Pleasant Valley for 4 years. He enjoyed antique cars, playing the bass, and spending time with his grandkids and great grandkids. He loved being the boss.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed.
