Willie Lou Buck, age 78, of Mountain Pine, passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018. She was born on July 17, 1940 in Rosboro, the daughter of James Blake Montgomery, Sr. and Jessie Jane Williams Montgomery. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James Blake Montgomery, Jr. and Ray Montgomery; and two sisters, Erma Jean Wilson and Maxine Ward.

A resident of Mountain Pine for thirty years, she was a member of the Mountain Pine First Assembly of God Church. She is survived by two children and their spouses, Anthony and Debbie Buck of Harrah, Oklahoma and LaDonna and Anthony Ashbrooks of Murfreesboro; four grandchildren, Courtney Chedester, Zachary Buck, Marshall Ashbrooks and Kayla Ashbrooks; her sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Lester O’Dell of Mountain Pine; and her nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 26, 2018, in Grants Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Monday, 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM, at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood. Guest registry is at www.
