MRS. WILLIE PEARL JOHNSON REYNOLDS, 89, of 718 Holbrook Avenue, Danville, VA, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Piney Forest Health Care Center.

She was born January 12, 1930 in Danville, VA, the daughter of the late Jake Stone and the late Evelyn Johnson Barley. She was the step-daughter of the late California Barley. She was formerly married to George Jr. Reynolds.

She is survived by one daughter, Evelyn Logan (John) of the residence; three grandchildren: Angela, Kimberly, and Darroll; six great-grandchildren: Andrea, Erica, Kristopher, Ariana, Jiara, Cindey and Jaywon; three great-great-grandchildren: Kayla, Kassidy and Khalil; four sisters, Mary Adams of Danville, VA, Frances Ferrell of Dry Fork, Jean Fitzgerald of Rustburg and Barbara Eanes of Cleveland, OH; two brothers: Callie Barley (Diane) of Danville, and Robert Barley of Chatham; special friends, Reginald Walters and James Leigh; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends. In addition to her parents and step-father, she was predeceased by one son, George E. Reynolds, three sisters, Addie Waldon, Mozetta Ferrell and Nannie Stone; three brothers, John, Howard and Royal Barley. The family will be receiving friends at the residence.

Private funeral services will be held at a later date.
