Sallie Lue Williams Pounds February 10, 1931 – February 02, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Sallie Williams Pounds, 87, of 1844 Pounds Road, Sutherlin, VA, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2019 at her residence. Born February 10, 1931 in Lowndes County, AL, she was the daughter of the late Eddie Howard Williams and Deanah McCall Williams. She was married to the late James E. Pounds.

Survivors include one sister, Lorraine Harris of Milton, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by one son, Roy E. Pounds; four siblings, Sarah Clark, Bernice Plunkett, Charlie Williams and Eddie Williams. The family will receive friends at the residence.

Funeral services are incomplete at this time and will be announced when completed. Fisher and Watkins Funeral Home is assisting the Pounds family.
