Born June 23, 1934 in Brandywine, MD, she was the daughter of the late William Edward Chase and Eunice Jackson Chase. She was married to the late James Robert Mason, Sr. Survivors include one son, James Mason, Jr. of Temple Hills, MD and a host of siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by one son, Maurice D. Chase. Funeral services are incomplete at this time and will be announced when completed. .

Fisher and Watkins Funeral Home is assisting the Mason family.
