Yazmin Martinez Vega of Chelsea, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday June 20th at the age of 31 years. Family and friends will honor Yazmin’s life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street in Orient Heights, East Boston on Monday June 25th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday morning, June 26th, at 10:00 am at St. Rose of Lima Church, 601 Broadway in Chelsea.

Please meet at the church entrance by 9:50 am. . Committal Services to follow will be private.
