Zelma’s Obituary Zelma Goudy, 83, of Parkersburg passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the Wyngate Senior Living Community. She was born December 29, 1935 in Grantsville, WV, a daughter of the late Asa and Charlottie Snider Freshour. Zelma retired from Bobier TV Rental where she worked at St. Joseph Hospital.

She enjoyed camping, sewing, cooking, and spending time with her family. Zelma cooked every year for the Vienna Baptist Church Bible School and enjoyed spending the winters in Florida since 1997. She was a member of the Vienna Baptist Church, Home Builders Sunday School Class and Eastern Star Lodge #151 Vienna.

Zelma is survived by her two children, Kenneth L. Cunningham (Jackie) of Moundsville, WV and Karen L. Stepp (Frank) of Suffolk, VA; her grandchildren, Julie Cunningham, Jeff Cunningham (Stephanie), Ashley Cunningham, Beau Martin (Danielle), and Taylor Zink (Katey); and her great-grandchildren, Seth Rowh, Annie, Jack, and Jordyn Martin. In addition to her parents, Zelma was preceded in death by her first husband, Leroy Cunningham; her second husband, Vernon “Tod” Goudy; six sisters; and one brother. Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 29, 2019 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna with Pastor Bill Brown officiating.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until time of service Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Blessing of Hope Ministry at Vienna Baptist Church.
