Albert J. Marron, 88, of Williams Township, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 in Old Orchard Health Care Center. Born January 16, 1931 in Newark, NJ, he was a son of the late Frank and Edwina (Marsh) Marron. Albert received a master’s degree from NYU-Graduate School of Business.

He was the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Magnetic Windings Co., Inc., of Palmer Township. Albert was an avid croquet player, enjoyed golfing, tennis and surfing, and loved to read. Years ago, he had been a lifeguard at Belmar Beach.

He was of the Catholic faith. Surviving are his companion of 38 years, Coleen J. Gordon; a son, Ronald Marron, of San Diego, CA; three daughters, Beverly Marron, of Bendita Arroyo Grande, CA, Susan Licata and her husband Kenneth, of Rumson, NJ and Amy Marron, of San Diego, CA; a step-son, Trevor Gordon and his wife Kimberly, of Bethlehem Township; three grandchildren, Isabel Licata, Yasmine Marron and Sebastian Albert Marron; and two step-grandsons, Tyler and Nathan Gordon. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson Borough.
