John’s Obituary John Milton Smith, 79, of Nazareth, passed away on Friday, January 25, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus. Born in Easton, PA, he was a son of the late John Reuben Smith and Gladys Arvilla (Everitt) Kline, and stepson to the late Harrison Robert Kline Sr. John is survived by his spouse of 17 years, Connie (Hockman) Smith; sons, Gregory M. Smith and companion Tammy Shultz of Easton, Jeffrey T. Smith and wife Stephanie of Bethlehem; brothers, Harrison Kline Jr. and wife Marge, Bruce Smith and wife Debbie; sister-in-law, June Smith. He is preceded in death by a brother, Robert Smith.

John was a warehouse manager at Majestic Athletics in Bangor, PA for over 20 years until his retirement, and also supervised at Service Master for the last 30 years. Perhaps his greatest talent, though, was the coaching he did for his boys in the Palmer Township baseball leagues in the 1970s. He loved his animals, was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, but most importantly will be remembered as a beloved confidant by all in his family.
